[meta-tool] The plan

Here is the plan for the next few weeks:

June 4: start biweekly meetings with ARL
June 5: Beginning of Project Update Fridays. Every Friday at 9:30 we will have a lab wide meeting with one person summarizing progress for each project
June 12: Quarter Pounder (all new people will provide a short introduction about themselves, all projects will provide a short summary
